Job Title : Documentum Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a senior Documentum Developer with strong hands-on experience in OpenText Documentum (DCTM). The role requires deep expertise in DCTM REST Services, DFC, xCP, and Retention Policy Services, along with exposure to DevOps practices, GitHub, and AI tools to deliver secure and scalable ECM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and support applications on OpenText Documentum (DCTM)

- Develop and integrate solutions using DCTM REST APIs and DFC

- Configure and customize xCP applications, workflows, lifecycles, and UI components

- Implement and manage Retention Policy Services (RPS) including holds and disposition

- Perform repository configuration (types, ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, TBOs)

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using DevOps tools

- Use GitHub for version control, code reviews, and release management

- Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity and content intelligence

- Troubleshoot issues and ensure security, governance, and compliance standards

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with OpenText Documentum (DCTM)

- Hands-on expertise in :

1. DCTM REST Services

2. Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC)

3. xCP / xCP Designer

4. Retention Policy Services (RPS)

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

- Proficiency with GitHub

- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GenAI, intelligent document processing)

Nice to Have :

- Experience with OpenText Cloud Editions and/or Documentum migrations

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

- Industry experience in Insurance
