Senior AI Agent Developer

We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer with a strong technical background in AI, software engineering, and data analytics to build intelligent, autonomous multi-agent systems for real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, design, and build custom LLM models tailored for specific business or domain-specific use cases.

- Perform data preprocessing, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs using large-scale or proprietary datasets.

- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to identify optimal architecture and training strategies.

- Optimize model performance and scalability for production deployment.

- Stay updated on state-of-the-art techniques in LLMs and generative AI. Design, develop, and deploy

- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Ensure agents meet high standards of performance, security, and compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and product.

- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize agent behavior and output.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLMs, Prompt engineering.

- Experience working with MCP client-server architecture for secure communication and integration.

- Knowledge of multi-agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangChain).

- Strong debugging skills and understanding of data security principles.

- Experience with MLOps, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with vector databases (eg.Pinecone, Weaviate), speech/text processing, and automation workflows.

- Familiarity with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

- Knowledge of NLP, RAG, and Knowledge Graphs.

- Background in customer service automation or predictive analytics.

- Bachelors degree in statistics, CS, or related field. Certifications in AI are a plus.
