In2IT EBS - SAP PS Consultant

Job Description :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PS solutions aligned with business requirements for project-based operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR for end-to-end project execution.

- Perform requirement gathering, process mapping, and GAP analysis with business stakeholders.

- Develop and execute test plans (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).

- Provide training and documentation to end-users and support teams.

- Handle incident management and support activities in production environment.

- Work on integration scenarios with SAP PPM, CPM, and Fiori apps (optional but preferred).

- Participate in system upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS configuration.

- Strong understanding of WBS, network planning, cost planning & budgeting, and billing processes.

- Experience with S/4HANA (preferred).

- Good understanding of project accounting and integration with SAP FI/CO and SD.

- Ability to design functional specs for custom developments.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Knowledge of Fiori apps related to Project Systems.

- SAP PS Certification is a plus.

- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments.
