Role : AI Engineer.

Mode : Full time.

Location : Bangalore.

Work type : Work from office 5 days.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement machine learning models and other algorithms to solve business problems.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems and infrastructure.

- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and systems, making adjustments as needed.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects.

- Troubleshoot and debug AI-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Document AI solutions, processes, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

- Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies and compliance with industry standards.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java is required.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.

- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI advancements.

- Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.

- Relevant certifications in Data, ML, Software, or cloud platforms are a plus.

- Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
