Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager with strong data, analytics, and healthcare domain expertise to lead end-to-end implementations of data and analytics solutions for US Healthcare clients. This role requires hands-on technical proficiency along with strong ownership of client onboarding, data integration, mapping, and analytics delivery.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with TSQL, AWS, Azure data platforms, large datasets, and US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Systems (RCMS).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of data and analytics solutions for US healthcare clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, requirements gathering, and implementation planning.

- Design and oversee data integration pipelines from PM systems and source data into analytics platforms.

- Define and validate data mapping rules between PM systems, Revenue Cycle source systems, and analytics applications.

- Provide hands-on guidance for TSQL development, ETL workflows, and data transformations.

- Work extensively with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and data integrity.

- Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams, architects, analysts, and QA.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with TSQL.

- Proven experience with AWS (Athena, S3) and Azure (SQL Database).

- Expertise in ETL frameworks, data pipelines, and SQL performance tuning.

Domain Expertise :

- Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCMS) including Scheduling, Claims, Billing, and Denials Management.

- Experience with PM systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner is highly desirable.
