Position Overview

The Implementation Lead Intelligent Automation will lead the end-to-end delivery of automation projects using Microsoft Power Platform and other RPA tools.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, solution design capability, and leadership to ensure seamless implementation across business functions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding developers and business analysts, ensuring technical excellence, process optimization, and adherence to timelines, quality, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Delivery :

- Lead the complete RPA/automation implementation lifecycle from discovery and design to deployment and support.

- Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Microsoft Fabric.

- Conduct detailed feasibility assessments to identify automation opportunities and define optimal solution architectures.

- Develop reusable process frameworks, templates, and automation components to accelerate delivery.

- Ensure design compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and IT governance frameworks (including ITIL standards).

Project & Stakeholder Management :

- Manage a team of developers and business analysts; oversee task allocation, development planning, and progress tracking.

- Drive communication between development teams, business users, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and design.

- Review and approve effort estimations, technical design documents, and project costs.

- Ensure adherence to delivery milestones, budgets, and quality standards throughout the implementation cycle.

- Support pre-sales and solution demonstrations by providing technical insights aligned to client requirements.

Technical Leadership :

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during design and development.

- Guide teams in best practices for automation coding, testing, and deployment.

- Stay updated on advancements in RPA, AI integration, and Power Platform capabilities to enhance solution quality.

- Build internal capability by mentoring team members, leading training initiatives, and promoting certification attainment.

Technical Qualifications :

- RPA Tools : Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; exposure to other industry RPA platforms preferred.

- Data & Analytics : Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake AI, and data architecture principles.

- Programming Skills : Hands-on experience with VBA, JavaScript, C#, Python, and PowerShell.

- Database Systems : Strong understanding of database design, integration, and deployment.

Certifications :

- Certified Developer / Professional Developer / Master Certification in one or more RPA tools.

- Solution Consultant or Solution Architect certification preferred.

- Project Management : Practical experience in Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.

- ERP Exposure : Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP systems is advantageous.

- IT & Security Frameworks : Working knowledge of Information Security and ITIL processes.

Preferred Profile

- 8 to 12 years of experience in automation and digital transformation projects.

- At least 3 years of experience in a team leadership or implementation lead capacity.

- Proven record of delivering complex RPA/automation programs within large enterprise environments.

- Strong business acumen combined with technical depth and stakeholder management skills.
