Implementation Engineer Manager

Role Summary :

The Implementation Engineer Manager is a high-visibility, technical leadership role responsible for bridging the gap between core product capabilities and bespoke client requirements. In this "hands-on" managerial position, you will lead the deployment of end-to-end automation solutions, ensuring that the Tennr Fluent platform is seamlessly integrated into diverse client ecosystems. You will manage the full implementation lifecycle-from initial technical discovery and workflow architecture to post-deployment quality assurance. This role requires a blend of software engineering rigor and client-facing consulting, requiring you to navigate complex system integrations while managing technical incidents and escalated support issues with precision.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end automation solutions, tailoring the Tennr Fluent platform to meet the unique operational needs of high-value clients.

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing strategic updates and maintaining transparent communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Execute rigorous testing and quality assurance protocols to identify, debug, and resolve technical bottlenecks during the deployment phase.

- Collaborate with internal technical support and product engineering teams to resolve high-priority escalated issues and platform bugs.

- Oversee incident management workflows, utilizing enterprise ticketing systems to track, categorize, and resolve implementation-related hurdles systematically.

- Achieve complete platform mastery of Tennr Fluent, maintaining an expert-level understanding of its architectural features, API limitations, and integration capabilities.

- Architect custom workflows and data transformation logic using Python, Java, or SQL to bridge gaps between client legacy systems and the platform.

- Manage the integration of external services via APIs and webhooks, ensuring data integrity and real-time synchronization across distributed environments.

- Mentor and guide junior implementation engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and meticulous documentation.

- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the Product team to influence the future roadmap of the automation engine.

Technical Requirements :

- 3-6 years of professional experience in Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Implementation Engineering.

- Programming Proficiency : Strong hands-on experience in Python or Java for automating complex business logic and data processing.

- Data & Integration : Advanced knowledge of SQL for data validation and deep familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party system integrations.

- Workflow Automation : Proven ability to design and implement complex automated workflows and state-machine logic.

- Troubleshooting : Expert-level debugging skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis on multi-layered integration failures.

- Incident Management : Experience using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk for systematic tracking and management of technical incidents.

- Platform Expertise : Demonstrated ability to quickly master proprietary software platforms and leverage their advanced features for custom solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in a customer-facing technical leadership role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and how it impacts platform scalability and integration security.

- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes implementations simultaneously.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical client stakeholders.

- Previous experience in "Implementation-as-a-Service" or technical account management.

- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential deployment risks before they impact the client.
