Impelsys - Senior Golang Developer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build high-performance, scalable, and resilient distributed systems

- Develop and optimize applications for speed, efficiency, and reliability

- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD processes

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring minimal downtime

- Optimize system performance through profiling and tuning

- Work across Linux and/or Windows environments and adapt to cross-platform development

- Develop automation scripts using Bash or PowerShell

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong understanding of backend development and distributed systems

- Experience working on Linux or Windows OS (with willingness to work on both)

- Scripting knowledge in Bash or PowerShell

- Experience building high-performance and scalable systems

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

- Knowledge of API development (REST/gRPC)

- Familiarity with security best practices
