We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our data team to solve data-driven critical business problems. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting edge generative artificial intelligence (AI) models and systems. Leveraging your expertise in machine learning and deep learning, you will focus on creating algorithms capable of generating realistic and novel data across various domains, including images, text, and audio. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to research, design, and deploy generative AI solutions that drive innovation and solve complex problems. This role requires a solid understanding of generative models, strong programming skills, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.

What does this role entail :

- Research, design, and develop generative AI models and algorithms capable of producing realistic and diverse data samples across different domains.

- Implement and optimize generative models using state-of-the-art techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and autoregressive models.

- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines.

- Collect, preprocess, and curate datasets suitable for training and evaluating generative models, ensuring data quality and diversity.

- Experiment with various model architectures, hyperparameters, and optimization techniques to improve the performance and robustness of generative AI systems.

- Deploy generative AI models into production environments, integrating them with existing systems and applications as needed.

- Stay updated on the latest research advancements and best practices in generative AI, actively participating in conferences, workshops, and online forums.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying generative AI techniques to solve real-world problems and drive business value.

What lands you in this role :

- 4-7 years of experience in developing AI solutions, with a focus on generative models and deep learning techniques.

- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of generative models, including GANs, VAEs, and autoregressive models, and their applications in computer vision, natural language processing, or audio synthesis.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset management for training machine learning models.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies for deploying AI models at scale.

- High-level strategic thinking and ability to understand business problems

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
