About This Role :

We are looking for a Senior AI Analyst who combines strong supply chain domain expertise in demand planning and order fulfillment with hands-on SQL/PL/SQL skills to deliver data-driven insights and configure AI-powered planning solutions for global retail and CPG clients. In this role, you will work at the intersection of supply chain consulting and AI analytics bridging the gap between client business requirements, platform data models, and IA's intelligent planning outputs. You will be a critical delivery resource on implementation projects, supporting solution architects and directly owning analytical and data workstreams.

Demand & Fulfillment Analytics :

- Analyse demand signals, forecast accuracy (WMAPE, Bias, FVA), and fulfillment performance metrics to identify gaps and optimization opportunities for clients.

- Build and validate demand planning models statistical baselines, seasonality decomposition, and event-lift adjustments using IA's AI-native planning platform.

- Diagnose order fulfillment bottlenecks across planning horizons, inventory positioning, and replenishment cycles.

- Develop KPI dashboards and S&OE reporting frameworks to give client planning teams real-time visibility into demand-to-fulfillment performance.

- Support scenario planning and what-if analysis for supply disruptions, demand volatility, and new product introductions.

SQL / PL/SQL & Data Engineering :

- Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate planning data across ERP, data warehouse, and IA platform environments.

- Design and maintain data pipelines for demand, inventory, and fulfillment datasets ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for planning inputs.

- Perform root-cause analysis on data quality issues (missing master data, outliers, erroneous transactions) and work with client IT teams to implement fixes.

- Build automated data validation scripts and reconciliation checks to support UAT and go-live readiness.

- Optimize query performance and batch processes for high-volume enterprise data environments.

Platform Configuration & Implementation Support :

- Support solution architects in configuring demand and fulfillment modules on IA's platform including dimension setup, measure mapping, and planning parameter tuning.

- Translate business requirements into platform data model specifications and interface mapping documents.

- Participate in SIT and UAT create test cases, execute validation runs, log defects, and verify resolution.

- Assist in train-the-trainer preparation and end-user enablement materials for demand and fulfillment planning workflows.

Client Engagement & Insight Delivery :

- Serve as an analytical point of contact for client data and planning teams during implementation and post-go-live support.

- Present demand and fulfillment insights, data quality findings, and platform adoption metrics to client stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to relay client feedback and prioritize platform improvements.

- Contribute to project documentation data dictionaries, process flows, configuration logs, and lessons learned.

What Lands You in This Role :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning, or order fulfillment in a consulting, SaaS, or CPG/retail environment.

- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL writing complex queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic for planning datasets.

- Working knowledge of demand planning processes : statistical forecasting, forecast accuracy measurement, consensus planning, and S&OP cycles.

- Understanding of order fulfillment concepts : replenishment planning, inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points), OTIF tracking, and service level management.

- Experience working with enterprise data environments ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), data warehouses, or supply chain planning platforms.

- Proficiency in Excel/Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and KPI reporting.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data findings into business recommendations.

- Good communication skills able to explain technical findings clearly to both business and IT stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience with demand or fulfillment planning platforms such as Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar.

- Knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation scripting, or ML-based forecasting.

- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or AWS Redshift.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Experience with AI/ML-based demand sensing or autonomous replenishment tools.

- APICS (CPIM) certification or equivalent supply chain qualification.

- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, or CPG industries.
