The impact that you will be making :
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer - AI who is passionate about building AI-driven enterprise-grade applications. This role is for a hands-on technical leader who will drive the development of our next-generation platform for autonomous AI agents. You'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying intelligent systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks within enterprise workflows.
- Lead hands-on development : Design, build, and optimize scalable, production-grade systems for GenAI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Orchestration and frameworks : Implement and manage agentic workflows using frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph and n8n.
- System architecture : Translate architectural designs into code, ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and deployed effectively on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Integration and tooling : Develop and integrate tool-augmented agents by connecting them to APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems.
- Memory and RAG : Engineer and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, including vector search (Pinecone, etc) and embedding strategies.
- Fine-tuning and LLMs : Aware of applying fine-tuning techniques on LLM and how to handle/ build custom LLMs. Prompt Mentorship : Guide and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment.
What lands you in this role :
- 3+ years of experience specifically with GenAI and autonomous agent systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, RUST (good to have) and cloud services.
- Expertise in agentic frameworks and workflows like AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph and n8n.
- Deep knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and vector search.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and working with major LLM providers.
- Hands-on experience building and integrating tool-augmented agents.
- Familiarity with observability tools for AI systems.
- Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Good to Have :
- Prior experience in retail analytics, supply chain, or pricing domains.
- Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or publications in relevant fields.
