Location : iMochaSangamvadi, Pune.

Work Mode : Work From Office.

Experience : 3-4 years of relevant experience of UX Designing. Preferably who has worked with product based B2B SaaS company. Immediate Joiner Preferred.

About the Role :

Were on the lookout for a UX Designer whos passionate about creating meaningful user experiences.

Youll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to research, design, and test user-focused solutions for our SaaS-based B2B HRTech platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and workflows.

- Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.

- Translate complex problems into clean, usable interfaces.

- Maintain and contribute to the evolving design system.

- Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and UX standards across the platform.

What Were Looking For :

- A degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.
