About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and insightful Data Scientist to join our data team. You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and generating actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in machine learning, and the ability to translate complex data into business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover patterns, trends, and anomalies

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into analytical solutions

- Use statistical techniques and algorithms to optimize and improve existing models

- Visualize data insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn to communicate findings effectively

- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate models into production systems

- Monitor model performance and recalibrate as necessary

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in AI/ML and data science techniques

Required Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and data mining techniques

- Hands-on experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy

- Proficient in querying databases using SQL

- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms is a plus

- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries

- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is advantageous
