Requirements :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Data Science, AI/ML, and Data Engineering to lead and deliver cross-functional data initiatives.

The TPM will work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end execution of data-driven programs, ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data science programs across multiple teams.

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics.

- Translate business goals into actionable data science initiatives, ensuring proper prioritization and resource alignment.

- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications across stakeholders.

- Establish and monitor KPIs for project performance, model accuracy, and deployment outcomes.

- Drive adoption of data governance, reproducibility, and MLOps best practices.

- Ensure smooth collaboration between data science teams and other engineering functions (e.g., platform, infrastructure, analytics).

- Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions.

- Communicate progress, roadblocks, and technical trade-offs to leadership.

- Build and maintain dashboards to track data project delivery and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in program/project management in a technical or data-oriented environment.

- Proven experience working with AI/ML, Data Science, or Data Engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, MLOps, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Excellent understanding of machine learning model development, validation, and deployment.

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus on complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, DBT, etc.).

- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or R for data analysis and validation.

- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.

- Prior experience managing enterprise-level AI/ML initiatives or data platform modernization projects.
