IIOT Lead - PLC/SCADA

Core Tech Skills :

- Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI & OPC server (like Kepware) solution/Software Development

- Experience in PLC programming using any major platform (e.g., Siemens Step7/TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RS Logix, Mitsubishi GX Works, etc.

- Familiarity with integration of applications with existing IT systems.

- Experience on interfacing with 3rd party systems using communication protocols like Modbus, OPC UA etc.

- Experience in estimating engineering efforts.

- Should have worked mandatorily in Industrial Automation and MES systems like Historian, SCADA, PLC/RTU, integration, Equipment Instrumentation integration etc.

- Experience in use cases like Energy Management, OEE, Utility Optimization, Process improvement.

- Experience in IIOT solution architecture designing.

- Site survey, understand process, industrial control system & ability to convert on-site IIOT requirement into project SRS & should have ability to manage project with team.

- Co-ordinate with Automation service provider, OEM for necessary project management.

- Need to visit customer plant/site in India & abroad.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Computers Science Engineering (or equivalent).

- Minimum 5 year experience in IT industry where majority has to be in Manufacturing domain.

- Willingness to Travel : Willing to travel to Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, and South Africa as per business requirements.

- Location Requirement : Based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai.

- Work Model : Willing to work in a hybrid work model.
