Job Title : IICS Lead Developer

Job Purpose :

We are looking for an experienced IICS Lead Developer to lead and manage end-to-end development and data integration initiatives using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure data integration solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using IICS (CAI, CDI, CMI, CIH).

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

- Work on end-to-end project implementations involving Informatica IICS (24 full-cycle projects).

- Create and optimize complex mapping tasks, task flows, and process automation.

- Integrate with various source and target systems, including APIs and cloud/on-premise databases.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and data engineers to deliver effective integration solutions.

- Implement data quality standards, validation processes, and performance tuning.

- Conduct unit testing, quality assurance, and debugging of integration processes.

- Contribute to solution design leveraging cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and streaming platforms like Kafka.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies :

- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC CDI, CAI, CMI, CIH, Data Quality, API Management.

- 2+ years of proven expertise in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) Processes, Service Connectors, Process Objects.

- Strong knowledge of ETL, data integration, data warehousing, and cloud technologies.

- Practical experience with SQL / NoSQL databases, both on-premises and cloud.

- Knowledge of streaming platforms (Kafka) is desirable.

- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work in both onsite and offshore models.
