Ignitus Labs - Salesforce Technical Architect - Apex/Visual Force

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team on a 6-month (extendable) contract. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, solutioning, and development. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, ensuring scalable architecture, and leading complex Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the SDLC.

- Define best practices for coding, design, integration, and security.

- Develop and maintain architectural standards, documentation, and reusable components.

- Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA.

- Guide integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

- Conduct architecture reviews and deliver high-quality technical presentations to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security guidelines and enterprise data governance policies.

Required Skills :

- Expertise in Salesforce platform features : Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.

- Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Proficiency in data modeling, sharing rules, and security model in Salesforce.

- Strong grasp of CI/CD processes, version control, and DevOps tools.

- Hands-on experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation and migration projects.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with middleware platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Prior experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
