Position Overview :

Location-Bengaluru.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications.

You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a strong understanding of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.

- Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.

- Communicate and collaborate with customers, project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.

- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for full stack development.

- Implement AWS services to enhance application performance, security, and scalability.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Good experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and ReactJS for the front end and Node.js for the back end.

- Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.

- Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and experience in deploying applications in the cloud.

- Strong proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
