Job Title : IFS ERP Support Analyst (Back-Office Role)

Location : Remote

Experience Level : 46 years

Contract Duration : 3 Months

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST (Should be open to rotational shifts if required)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IFS ERP Support Analyst for a short-term contract engagement. This is a back-office role focused on backend configuration, issue resolution, and support enhancements within IFS Applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across IFS ERP modules, particularly in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver backend functional and technical support for IFS ERP (primarily Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance modules).

- Investigate and resolve tickets involving system errors, data discrepancies, and business process issues.

- Execute system configuration changes based on requirements received from onshore leads.

- Perform ongoing monitoring, data corrections, and support patch deployments.

- Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration logs, and test scripts.

Required Skills :

- 36 years of hands-on experience with IFS ERP (preferably Apps 9 or 10).

- Strong proficiency in navigating and configuring core IFS modules.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot independently and resolve issues.

- Strong written communication skills for documentation and collaboration.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to IFS Cloud or experience with upgrade projects.

- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL and IFS technical architecture.

- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
