- Lead and support IFS ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and timelines.

- Develop, configure, and maintain IFS technical components, including customizations, integrations, and reports.

- Work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into IFS system functionalities.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing IFS applications and related integrations.

- Utilize tools like IFS Aurena, Scope Tool, and ClickLearn for development and process optimization.

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business users to ensure seamless system performance.

- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, technical workflows, and project deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Total Experience: 8+ years

- Relevant IFS Technical Experience: 8+ years

- Strong expertise in IFS ERP (Version 10 & Aurena) technology stack.

- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL and IFS Integrations.

- Good understanding of IFS Implementation methodologies and tools.

- Domain experience in EPCI, Manufacturing, Retail Logistics, Services, Maritime, Defense, or MRO.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation abilities.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to latest IFS versions and cloud-based implementations.

- Experience in automation or process optimization using IFS tools.

- Ability to mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
