Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of IFS Cloud FSM solutions.

- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from clients.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Configure and customize IFS Cloud FSM to meet client needs.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of the solution.

- Provide training and support to end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IFS Cloud FSM.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IFS Cloud FSM features and functionalities.

- Collaborate with other team members, including developers, consultants, and project managers.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and presentations.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for IFS Cloud FSM implementations.

- Manage and mentor junior team members.

- 3-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting IFS Cloud FSM solutions.

- Strong understanding of field service management processes.

- Experience with IFS Cloud FSM configuration and customization.

- Experience with data migration and integration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- IFS Certification in FSM is a plus.

- Experience with other IFS modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain) is a plus.

- Experience with SQL and other database technologies is a plus.
