Job Description : Senior Creative Designer (UI/UX Designer)

Experience : 3 - 7 years

About the Role :

- You will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and leading design initiatives from concept to execution.

- This role requires a strong understanding of modern design trends, UI/UX principles, and the

ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps with a focus on usability and visual appeal.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Mentor and guide junior designers in the team when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 - 7 years of proven experience as a Senior Web Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD),

Sketch, InVision, etc.

- Good understanding of web standards and workflow.

- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

- Experience in working in agile environments is a plus.

Education :

- Relevant certifications in UI/UX design are a plus.
