Position Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Sr. Analyst - Mobile Application Development with 4-8 years of experience in Flutter, Android and iOS platforms and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dart for Flutter, Java/ Kotlin for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS, with the ability to design User Interface/ User Experience, develop and optimise enterprise grade mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust cross-platform Flutter apps for Android, iOS, and Web with consistent UI/UX

- Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate mobile UI with server-side logic

- Manage app releases on Play Store and App Store, including versioning and code signing

- Manage app state using Provider and Flutter's built-in tools

- Design and develop mobile UI/UX using industry-standard design principles

- Collaborate with customers and senior stakeholders to implement application vision

- Test mobile applications using testing frameworks such as XCTest (iOS) and Espresso (Android)

- Optimize performance through continuous testing and performance optimization

- Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of deliverables

- Use Git, JIRA, and other collaboration tools to track deliverables

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, cloud services, and industry best practices

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 8 years of experience in mobile app development

- Strong proficiency in Flutter (iOS, Android, Web), Firebase, and deep linking

- Strong experience in Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and React

- Solid experience working with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Behance, etc.

- Strong experience with tools such as Android Studio, VS Code, Xcode, Firebase Console, and Flutter DevTools

- Proficiency in Git, Postman, and JIRA

- Proficiency in App Store and Play Store deployments

- Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, EC2, API Gateway)

- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Additional Requirements :

- Based in Mangalore or willing to relocate upon appointment
