About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic IDP (Identity and Access Management/Data Protection) Consultant to join our team.

This role will be crucial in supporting and coordinating various IDP related activities, ensuring compliance with Allianz IT & Data Security standards, and contributing to the overall enhancement of our security posture.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

This role requires the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive change within the organization.


Responsibilities :

- Coordinate administrative tasks related to IDP, involving multiple stakeholders across different departments.

- Support the implementation and maintenance of IDP solutions, ensuring alignment with Allianz IT security standards.

- Assist in the development and enforcement of data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines, in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, DORA).

- Contribute to data processing activities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

- Collaborate with IT teams to address IDP related issues and implement necessary changes.

- Support IT risk management activities related to IDP, including vulnerability assessments and mitigation strategies.

- Contribute to change management initiatives related to IDP implementations and updates.

- Participate in DORA related activities within the Allianz Group.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, other departments, and key stakeholders to drive consensus and collaboration.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement in IDP processes and contribute to their optimization.

- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials related to IDP and data privacy.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IDP and data security.

- Handle ad-hoc requests and contribute to various projects as needed.


Preferred Qualifications :


- 2-3 years of experience in IT projects and/or IT-run business, or a similar role within a corporate IT environment (experience in an international and large organization is advantageous).

- General IT affinity and basic IT knowledge about office solutions used in everyday work.

- Proven experience in coordinating administrative tasks involving multiple stakeholders.


- Knowledge of general IT & data security and IT risk standards, preferably within Allianz.

- Change Management experience is desirable.

- Understanding of data privacy policies, procedures, guidelines, and data processing activities.

- Familiarity with DORA and its activities within the Allianz Group.

- Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven individual.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling ad-hoc requests.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Solid interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with peers and other departments, and the ability to motivate and influence key stakeholders to drive change.

- Previous experience with Allianz IT systems is desirable.

- Willingness to travel is advantageous.


Technical Skills (Preferred) :


- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint).

- Knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).

- Understanding of authorization concepts and mechanisms (e.g., Role-Based Access Control - RBAC).

- Familiarity with data protection and encryption technologies.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

- Basic understanding of network security concepts and protocols
