IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our wholesale banking delivery systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for wholesale banking delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

- Ensure the security and scalability of the applications.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python.

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Additional Parameters :

- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools is a plus.

- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
