Job Description :
- Refresh and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to uphold visual consistency in all communications.
- Lead website revamp initiatives by designing modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing layouts.
- Design high-impact external-facing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, reports, and presentations.
- Create engaging social media graphics, animations, and videos that captivate and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with content, development, and product teams to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate brand aesthetics.
Required Skills :
- 6-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual storytelling, and typography.
- Experience in web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills is a must.
