Qualifications:

Required:

- 10+ years in Product Management with strong background in lending systems (LOS + Servicing)

- Experience launching commercial loan types (CRE, C&I, SBA, Construction, ABL)

- Strong understanding of deposits, onboarding/KYC, payments, GL integration, and servicing workflows

- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking

- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence

Preferred:

- Understanding of core banking platforms (FIS, Jack Henry, Fiserv, Temenos)

- Experience with AI/ML-driven credit decisioning or automation

- Startup/SaaS high-growth environment experience

- Familiarity with agent-based architectures, real-time data exchange, and workflow engines
