Job Description :

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications while contributing to technical design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality product features.

- Work closely with architects, leads, product owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

- Develop frontend and backend components, APIs, services, and integrations using modern engineering practices and agreed technology standards.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, documentation, and adherence to secure coding practices.

- Support CI/CD, release readiness, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support activities as required.

- Demonstrate ownership of assigned modules and collaborate effectively to deliver maintainable, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

- Stay current with engineering best practices and leverage approved AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve productivity and quality.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong programming experience with modern frontend and/or backend technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, and JavaScript.

- Experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs, services, integrations, and database-driven applications

- Good understanding of application architecture, microservices, security, performance, scalability, CI/CD, and cloud-ready deployment practices

- Ability to work independently on assigned features, participate in design discussions, perform code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards

- Hands-on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, unit testing, integration testing, documentation, and production support

- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices for code generation, code review support, test case generation, documentation, and productivity improvement

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills
