Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior / Team Lead AI Developer to join our team and drive the development of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and modern AI frameworks, as well as experience leading small teams and building scalable AI systems.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.

- Integrate third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) into web or software applications.

- Develop intelligent workflows, chatbots, and automation systems based on predefined logic.

- Build and test AI chat interfaces or recommendation flows using no-code/low-code AI platforms where needed.

- Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.

- Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to create high-quality datasets.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.

- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Skills & Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience (minimum 1+ years as team lead)

- Should have strong proficiency in Python

- Must have hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering

- Should have practical exposure to Fine-tuning AI/ML models

- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is required

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and NLP techniques

- Hands-on experience in integrating third-party AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Azure AI, etc.)

- Good knowledge of JavaScript technologies such as React.js or Node.js is preferred

- Ability to handle and mentor a team of at least 2 - 3 members

- Excellent communication skills in English
