- Minimum 5+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with strong experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly IdentityNow).

Job Summary :

- We are seeking experienced Identity Governance Developers to support and enhance the enterprise IAM ecosystem built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

- The role involves designing, developing, integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining identity governance solutions across complex enterprise environments.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong API-first development expertise, deep IAM knowledge, and hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems including Active Directory, SaaS platforms, and PeopleSoft applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint ISC integrations, workflows, lifecycle events, and provisioning processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues across connected enterprise systems.

- Develop and maintain REST API-based integrations for IAM services.

- Collaborate with application administrators and business stakeholders to define access governance requirements.

- Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes and role-based access models.

- Support governance, compliance, security risk reduction, and audit readiness initiatives.

- Create detailed technical documentation, workflows, SOPs, and process diagrams.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect remediation, and production deployments.

- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and sponsored account governance.

- Work with multiple SailPoint tenants and virtual appliance environments.

- Integrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, PeopleSoft, SaaS applications, and custom middleware systems.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams for feature enhancements and system improvements.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow.

- Expertise in IAM lifecycle management and governance.

- REST API integration and API-first architecture knowledge.

- Experience with Active Directory, SaaS integrations, and PeopleSoft.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.

- Workflow and identity orchestration expertise.

- Knowledge of access certification and role management.

- Documentation and process flow creation skills.

- Familiarity with cloud-hosted IAM infrastructure.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Node.js/Express-based middleware integrations.

- Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OIDC, and federation technologies.

- Experience in enterprise-scale IAM implementations.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
