KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Implement, maintain, and monitor enterprise IAM systems including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Administer identity lifecycle processes : onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and role modifications.
- Ensure adherence to least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity systems.
- Support IAM-related audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Perform periodic access reviews and certification campaigns to ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Project teams to integrate IAM into enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Monitor IAM logs for unusual or unauthorized access patterns and assists in incident response.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts : RBAC, ABAC, MFA, SSO, IAM governance.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Azure AD, or SailPoint.
- Understanding of directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Experience integrating IAM with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise applications.
EXPERIENCE :
- 4-7 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity roles with a focus on identity and access management.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise IAM systems, SSO, MFA, and access governance.
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent engineering / technology discipline.
CERTIFICATIONS :
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) - preferred
