We are seeking a seasoned IAM Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement IAM solutions including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure IAM architectures and solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM strategies and roadmaps.

- Develop solution designs, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Provide hands-on support for complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.

- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.

- Strong expertise in Ping Identity, Okta, Saviynt, and Delinea.

- Solid understanding of Active Directory (AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and SSL certificates.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding technical teams.

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Architectural, cybersecurity, or product certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, Okta Certified Professional)

- Experience in hybrid cloud environments and integration with SaaS platforms.
