Job Summary :
We are looking for an accomplished Lead DevOps Engineer to drive our cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD strategy.
You will be responsible for the architecture, deployment, and management of our applications on AWS, using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles.
This is a leadership role focused on ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cloud Architecture & Management : Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Architect and manage infrastructure provisioning using Terraform for all cloud resources.
- Container Orchestration : Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- CI/CD Pipeline : Own, build, and optimize end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Monitoring & Logging : Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Datadog) to ensure system health and quick incident response.
- Security & Compliance : Implement best practices for cloud security (IAM, Security Groups, WAF) and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Leadership : Serve as the technical lead for DevOps projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Must-Have Skills (Hard Skills) :
- Cloud Platform : 5+ years of in-depth experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS, Lambda).
- Containerization : Expert proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes administration and deployment.
- Infrastructure-as-Code : Advanced experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure at scale.
- CI/CD : Strong experience designing and implementing complex CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).
- Scripting : Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation and tool development.
- Operating System : Strong foundation in Linux system administration and networking.
Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred) :
- Experience with Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or equivalent certification.
- Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).
- Experience in a DevSecOps environment, integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline
