We are seeking a talented and experienced Integration Engineer to join our team in Noida. This role is crucial for defining, building, and validating our solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will play a key part in our development lifecycle, from strategy to deployment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software architecture and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

As an Integration Engineer, your responsibilities will include :

- Defining Integration Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive integration and test strategies, including test plans and detailed test scenarios.

- Ensuring Traceability & Coverage : Guarantee full requirements traceability and test coverage across all integration points.

- DevOps & CI/CD : Define and leverage DevOps principles and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) approaches to streamline development and deployment.

- Environment Management : Build and maintain the integration environment, performing solution installations and upgrades.

- System Validation : Execute system integration and validation tests, including load, performance, high availability, accuracy, and security tests.

- Issue Management : Investigate and troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs during test execution, reporting incidents through configuration management tools, and monitoring them to closure.

- Documentation : Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for installation, testing, operations, and administration.

- Training & Support : Prepare and deliver training sessions for customers, support, and maintenance teams.

- Pre-sales Support : Provide technical expertise and support to pre-sales teams on specific integration-related requests.

- Architectural Contribution : Contribute to software architecture discussions, including specification analysis, technical studies, and technology assessment.

- Coding & Development : Code large and complex modules, ensuring adherence to agreed quality standards, deadlines, and cost constraints.

- Reviews & Optimization : Perform design and code reviews and assess opportunities for software performance optimization.

- Leadership & Coaching : Coach and potentially manage a small team of software engineers, acting at least as a Principal Engineer within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Integration Engineer or similar role.

- Containerization : Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Operating Systems : Proficient in Linux/Unix environments.

- Scripting : Good experience with Shell scripting.

- Testing : Proven ability to define and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios.

- DevOps : Solid understanding and practical experience with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical skills for investigating and resolving complex technical issues.

- Communication : Strong communication and training skills.

- Team Leadership : Ability to coach and potentially lead a small team.
