Our client is a global boutique consulting firm with operations across Singapore, India, the UK, and other international markets. They work with leading multinational organizations in the IT Consulting and Cybersecurity space.

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to lead IT project delivery, manage client expectations, and ensure high-quality outcomes across international engagements.

Role Overview :

The Engagement Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of IT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and account growth.

The role involves working closely with teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Middle East, the UK, India, and North America.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate client requirements into actionable delivery plans

- Lead geographically distributed teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

- Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction

- Identify business development opportunities within accounts

- Develop and execute resource plans

- Implement continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma techniques

- Serve as escalation point for client issues

- Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication

- Build a high-performance, collaborative team culture

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years in Project Management, with experience as an Engagement Manager

- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps, IT Support, and Data Analytics

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

- Fluency in English and Mandarin

- Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus
