We are seeking an expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of D365 solutions. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency and business acumen to bridge the gap between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless system integration and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) based on business needs.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional & technical specifications.

- Drive system customizations, integrations, and workflow automation using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure services.

Stakeholder Management & Business Analysis :

- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to identify pain points and recommend solutions.

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and functional business units.

- Ensure D365 aligns with business goals and regulatory compliance.

Technical Expertise & Development Oversight :

- Oversee customization and development using Power Apps, JavaScript, .net, C# and SQL.

- Ensure integration of D365 with other enterprise applications via APIs, DataVerse, and Azure Logic Apps.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Project Management & Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end project execution, including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.

- Manage a team of functional consultants, developers, and support engineers.

- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies for continuous improvement.

Training & Support :

- Post-implementation support.

- Document business processes, system configurations, and best practices.
