Role Objective :

Job Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies for Banca-assurance offerings, aligning with company objectives and market demands.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, technology teams, and senior management to ensure product success

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform product decisions.

- Technology Integration: Work closely with technology teams to leverage integrations, APIs, and digital platforms to enhance product functionality.

- Scrum Methodology: Apply Scrum principles to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups

- Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

- Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics and monitor product performance. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

- Customer Focus: Gather customer feedback and conduct user testing to iterate products and enhance customer experience

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualification / Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Banca-assurance product management within the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of technology integrations, APIs, and Scrum methodology.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
