AI M1/M2 role is to develop and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions. One will work in AI teams towards Generative AI platforms adoption for Operational Efficiency, Customer Service, Processes Automation and Risk Reduction in the Bank. One will also ensure that these AI implementations should also be along with Guardrails, Security and Compliance Standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test and deploy scalable traditional AI/Gen AI applications and usecases.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders like Business, TIG (Infrastructure teams), Technology Management Group, Model Risk and Information Security teams to understand functional requirements and implement AI solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, testing and performance optimization.

- Perform model evaluation, prompt optimization and implement guard rails to improve accuracy, safety and reliability.

- Prepare technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.

- Assist in deploying AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

- Write clean, maintainable, secure and well documented code following coding standards and best practices.

- Project Delivery: Participate in multiple application development projects and deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines. Work closely with application team lead during design, development and support.

- Managing regulatory and compliance: Develop AI solutions in accordance with the banks technology policies, security standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business, IT teams, and partners to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions. Communicate technical implementation details, risks, dependencies and progress to team lead.

- Performance & System availability Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess application effectiveness. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and user experience.

- Risk Assessment of Technology controls: Follow Bank's policies and controls based on changing business and regulatory environment. Identify technical risks, vulnerabilities and operational issues during development and recommend appropriate mitigations.Task Performance: Develop AI automation activities across the Bank.

Key Skills :

- Experience in Python, web/API frameworks like Node.js

- AI/ML : RAG pipelines, Vector databases, Knowledge graphs, fine-tuning techniques

- Gen AI platforms like GCP vertex, Dialog flow

- LLM fine-tuning/prompt engineering

- Experience in working on GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work with cross functional teams.

- Knowledge of Guardrails, AI safety and Hallucination mitigation.
