Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Icertis Developer with strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), preferably with hands-on experience in Conga CLM as well.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing contract management solutions using the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

Essential Skills :

- 5-8 years of experience in implementing Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Icertis workflow configuration, rules, permission models, templates, clauses, and contract data models.

- Hands-on experience in ICM/ICI customizations, including smart rules, smart steps, obligations, and contract metadata configuration.

- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within Icertis.

- Experience working with Conga CLM or similar CLM tools (preferred).

- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes.

- Good knowledge of SQL, integrations, APIs, and related technical components.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (Legal, Procurement, Sales, etc.

- Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with Azure, Power Automate, or other workflow automation tools.

- Knowledge of integration patterns, REST APIs, authentication (OAuth), and middleware platforms.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Certification in Icertis or Conga CLM.

Responsibilities :

- Design and configure CLM solutions using the Icertis platform.

- Develop custom rules, workflows, templates, and forms based on business needs.

- Support integration of Icertis with enterprise applications

- Troubleshoot configurations, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful deployments.

- Provide documentation, support, and enhancement of the CLM solution
