About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on IBM Watsonx Consultant to join our rapidly growing AI and Data Intelligence practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across the IBM Watsonx suite, including Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.data, and Watsonx.governance, with a focus on implementing, configuring, and integrating these capabilities within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement solutions using Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.data, and Watsonx.governance.

- Support model development, training, deployment, and lifecycle management within the Watsonx platform.

- Build data pipelines, governance frameworks, and AI models aligned to client requirements.

- Integrate Watsonx components with external systems and data sources (e.g., OpenPages, Cloud Pak for Data, ServiceNow, etc.)

- Assist in developing use cases, PoCs, and demos showcasing AI-driven insights.

- Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to operationalize AI models.

- Provide technical documentation, training, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with the IBM Watson suite (preferably Watsonx.ai, Watsonx.data, and Watsonx.governance).

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data management, and model governance.

- Experience with Python, SQL, REST APIs, and data integration tools.

- Familiarity with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) or similar hybrid-cloud platforms.

- Ability to work collaboratively in agile, fast-paced project environments.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- IBM Certified Watsonx Practitioner or Data/AI Specialist certification.

- Exposure to GRC, data governance, or compliance frameworks (e.g., OpenPages, GDPR, ISO, NIST).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
