Job Description :

We are hiring a highly skilled IBM System Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support automation solutions for enterprise environments. You will ensure system reliability through SRE practices, CI/CD alignment, and performance monitoring.

Mandatory Skills :

- Min. 3+ years hands-on IBM System Automation experience

- Certifications in IBM System Automation & Dynatrace

- Strong knowledge of SRE, SLO, SLI & Error Budget

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines & SDLC

Nice to Have Skills :

- Cloud exposure : GCP / AWS / Azure

- Scripting skills : REXX / Python / Shell

- OS experience : z/OS, Linux, Windows

- Databases : DB2, Oracle

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage & optimize IBM System Automation environments

- Design & implement automation workflows

- Monitor application performance using Dynatrace

- Investigate & resolve issues proactively

- Maintain documentation for processes & best practices

- Collaborate with development & operations teams

- Ensure alignment with SRE principles & reliability goals

Education :
