Domain : OMS & Retail experience Mandatory

Role Summary :

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise OMS solutions using IBM Sterling OMS, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations for retail customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own IBM Sterling OMS (v10.0) solution architecture

- Lead design, customization, development, and deployment

- Drive OMS integrations (WMS, ERP, Commerce, TMS, Inventory)

- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and best practices

- Provide technical governance, estimates, and Agile delivery support

Critical Skill Set (Must-Have):

- 15+ years IT experience with strong IBM Sterling OMS architecture

- Retail & OMS domain experience Mandatory

- Expertise in Sterling OMS v10.0 (configs, workflows, SDF, APIs, DB extensions)

- Strong Java background

- DB2 & Oracle (performance tuning, complex queries)

- REST, MQ, Web Services, XML, JSON

- Cloud exposure: GCP (GKE, Compute Engine) or AWS/Azure

- Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices

Nice to Have:

- Docker, Kubernetes

- Jenkins / GitHub Actions
