Role Overview :

We are hiring an IBM Sterling OMS Developer to build and enhance enterprise-scale order management solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling OMS, along with Java and Spring Boot, to deliver scalable, high-performance systems across order lifecycle and fulfillment workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)

- Configure and customize OMS modules including order orchestration, inventory, and fulfillment

- Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot

- Build and integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems

- Perform performance tuning and optimization of OMS applications

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and delivery

- Follow best practices, coding standards, and participate in code reviews

Required Skills :

- 3- 8 years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot

- Experience in OMS configuration, customization, and deployment

- Understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment workflows, and inventory management

- Experience with API integrations (REST-based)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience in performance tuning of OMS applications

- Exposure to microservices architecture

- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Strong hands-on developer with real OMS implementation experience

- Exposure to enterprise-scale order management systems

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Immediate to short notice candidates preferred
