JOB DESCRIPTION :

Primary and Secondary skills :

- Sterling Integrator

- L2/L3 MFT support in Sterling Integrator

Good to have understanding on, but not mandatory :

- Sterling External Authentication Server (SEAS)

5-6 Yrs of experience with :

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, and SEAS

- Hands on experience with accessing Linux OS and Linux commands

- Working experience with Sterling Application (and it's components) installation/version upgrade or patching

- Knowledge of networking and communications protocols including firewall, security, certificates, keys etc.

- Knowledge of PGP/GPG Encryption/Decryption and Key management.

- Knowledge of SAP Suite adapter configuration including BAPI, function module trigger etc

- Troubleshoot Business Process failures, connectivity issues, application and infrastructure failures.

- Basic Oracle Database SQL and basic Java skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, configure, and maintain Sterling File Gateway and Sterling Integrator processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve business process failures, file transmission issues, and connectivity problems.

- Manage and maintain encryption/decryption processes using PGP/GPG and handle key management tasks.

- Perform installation, upgrades, and patching of Sterling applications.

- Collaborate with network/security teams for firewall, certificates, and key configuration.

- Configure SAP Suite Adapters in Sterling, including BAPI and Function Modules.

- Work on Linux environments using standard Linux commands for monitoring and file system tasks.

- Write and execute basic SQL queries and utilize Java for minor troubleshooting or integration tasks.
