Key Responsibilities :
- Build, test, certify, and deploy Integration Solutions for SaaS solutions and applications.
- Utilize the current integration tools to build reliable, scalable solutions for the partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on all aspects of integration implementations required to meet current and new functionality requirements.
- Participate in the work required to reduce the number of legacy integration processors, systems, and tools and to maintain current functionality for integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trading partner peers and key internal stakeholders.
- Manages integration implementation execution so that:
- Implementation deliverables are of a high quality and meet the expectations of the stakeholders.
- Own and define the specific certification criteria for any given project, including the appropriate application and integration configuration as required.
- Implementations are delivered on schedule and in the most efficient manner possible.
- Implementation deliverables are deployed, monitored during post-production, and turned over to the client and internal technical support smoothly and efficiently.
- Company policies, standards, and best practices are adhered to.
- Report regular status reports on current assigned work and projects, including monitoring escalated integration issues.
- Collaborate with integration peers in the organization as necessary to optimize performance.
- Self-directed and proactively detects and evaluates integration-related issues/risks.
- Guides implementations on best practices and standards to utilize.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
What you'll need :
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing high volume, near real-time transactions for Supply Chain Management
integrations for customer, manufacturer, vendor, and carrier partners.
- Demonstrated advanced problem-solving, time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Innovative, creative, and analytical capability, while being able to multitask.
- Strong customer service experience and business acumen.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels, internal and external to the company.
- Ability to effectively decompose complex issues into manageable components.
- Effectively deal with challenging or difficult partner relationships.
- Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
- Experience with current connectivity protocols such as TCP, HTTP, FTP/SFTP, SOAP, and REST.
- Strong skills with EDI X12 and EDIFACT standards, XML, XSLT, XSD, XPath, Unix
- Hands-on knowledge of database design, such as Oracle, MySQL.
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience with B2B SaaS and partner applications.
- Automated integration tools and commercial translators such as GIS Integration Server/Sterling B2B Integrator and Axway B2B Integration (B2Bi) are required.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM frameworks and Waterfall methodology is required.
- Understanding of Master Data Management, Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, Financial Management systems, and industry best practices.
- Technical analysis and documentation skills, competency to write, read, and modify pertinent integration-related knowledge base articles, troubleshooting, and other related artifacts as necessary
