IBM Presales Engineer - Hardware Portfolio

Position Overview :

We are looking for a technically competent Pre-Sales Specialist Hardware Portfolio to support the channel sales team and partners in delivering technical solutioning for enterprise-grade hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical solution expertise for the Hardware portfolio to partners and customers.

- Deliver technical demonstrations, POCs, and architecture designs.

- Enable partners through technical training and enablement sessions.

- Assist partners in responding to technical requirements in RFPs and proposals.

- Collaborate with OEM technical teams to understand hardware specifications, integrations, and deployments.

- Support partners in articulating technical solutions and differentiators to customers.

Skills Needed :

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in engineering / computer science / IT.

- Hardware-related certifications are a plus (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Dell EMC).

Key Skills & Experience :

- 3-6 years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience in enterprise hardware.

- Strong technical understanding of servers, storage systems, networking devices, and infrastructure appliances.

- Ability to design hardware solution architectures and deployment plans.

- Strong communication, demo, and documentation skills.
