Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize IBM Maximo modules such as Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, and others.
- Develop and manage workflows, automation scripts, escalations, and BIRT reports.
- Perform Maximo system administration tasks including user management, security groups, domains, cron tasks, and role-based access.
- Participate in full lifecycle Maximo activities including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
- Work with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) to build integrations using REST APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Develop customizations using Java, SQL, and scripting languages such as JavaScript and Jython.
- Collaborate with functional/business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Maximo solutions.
- Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
- Support deployments on cloud environments such as AWS or Azure (Maximo Application Suite experience is a plus).
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management (preferably v7.6 or later).
- Strong experience in Maximo configuration, customization, workflows, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Maximo Integration Framework, REST APIs, and integration components.
- Technical skills in Java, SQL, JavaScript, Jython, and BIRT reporting.
- Experience in Maximo system administration and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- IBM Maximo certification preferred
