Role : IBM Integration Designer (IID) Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID).

- Develop and implement SOAP-based web services for enterprise applications.

- Build complex data transformation solutions using Business Object Maps, Mediation Flows, and custom Java code.

- Design and orchestrate business processes using BPEL (Business Process Execution Language).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance integration workflows for performance and reliability.

- Participate in agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 12 years of IT experience.

- Minimum 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID).

- Strong expertise in IBM BPM and enterprise integration solutions.

- Hands-on experience with SOAP Web Services.

- Strong knowledge of BPEL.

- Experience with Business Object Maps and Mediation Flows.

- Proficiency in Java for custom integration development.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with IBM WebSphere Process Server (WPS).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting integration applications.
