Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled IBM FileNet Developer with strong hands-on experience in FileNet (CPE) development, enterprise content management, and system integrations. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable document management solutions, along with building secure APIs and integration components across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions using IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine (CPE)

- Build and maintain secure APIs with AES encryption for enterprise integrations

- Develop Java/JAR-based utilities and tools for FileNet integration and automation

- Develop and support .NET-based applications for document ingestion into FileNet

- Work on IBM Content Navigator (ICN) for UI customization and document access workflows

- Create, configure, and manage Sweep Jobs using ACCE for automated background processing

- Design and manage FileNet object model, including classes, properties, and metadata structures

- Work closely with database teams on DB2 database, including indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FileNet applications, integrations, and performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet development (CPE)

- Strong programming experience in Java (Spring / REST APIs preferred)

- Experience with .NET technologies for integration and document ingestion

- Hands-on experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN)

- Strong understanding of ACCE and Sweep Jobs

- Experience with DB2 database, including query optimization and indexing

- Solid understanding of FileNet architecture, object model, and metadata management

- Experience in building secure and scalable enterprise applications

Good to Have :

- Experience working in banking, insurance, or enterprise content management environments

- Exposure to high-volume document processing systems

- Understanding of security, encryption standards, and enterprise integrations
