IBM DB2 Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize DB2 database objects including tables, views, indexes, triggers, and stored procedures.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high?performance applications.

- Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with application development teams to design efficient database structures.

- Support data migration, ETL processes, and integration activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands?on experience with IBM DB2 (LUW or Mainframe).

- Experience with DB2 performance tuning and database monitoring tools.

- Understanding of database design principles, normalization, and indexing strategies.

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting (preferred).

- Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and integration concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem's olving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast?paced, collaborative environment.
